Students can learn the basic Sport Stacking patterns through engaging video instruction and teacher-led games. The Speed Stacks Curriculum, developed in the USA for American schools, offers interactive video lessons designed to make learning fun and active. Each lesson runs for approximately 15–20 minutes and introduces students to the fundamentals of Sport Stacking in an enjoyable, hands-on way. 

 Curriculum Standards
Although these standards were developed for the United States, there are many shared objectives between the SHAPE America Standards and the Australian Curriculum. Australian teachers can use these lessons and activities to enhance skill development, coordination, and physical literacy, as the goals and outcomes of physical education in Australia are similar.
